The following Terms and Conditions apply to the games (the "Games") offered by BigBoxBingo through the website www.bigboxbingo.com or on Sky Channel 867. Each game is managed by NetPlay TV Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidary of Netplay TV Plc. Netplay TV Plc is an AIM listed company focussing on interactive TV gaming. BigBoxBingo is a trading name of NetPlayTV Services Limited. References to "BigBoxBingo" shall be taken to refer to NetPlayTV Services Limited.

1 INTRODUCTION
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be able to register for or play the Games. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact enquiries@bigboxbingo.com. The rules of the Games are set out at the end of these terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
2 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 BigBoxBingo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. However, the Company will ensure that the Player is notified of such amendment and that their consent to the amendment is requested the first time that they access their Account subsequent to any amendment. If the Player does not agree to the amendment of these terms and conditions, they will not be permitted to play the games.
2.2 It remains the Player's responsibility to periodically check the terms and conditions to ensure that they continue to agree with them and Players are advised to check these terms and conditions each time they wish to place a bet in relation to any of the games. Any bet received (but not settled) prior to the time of amendment and notification of amended terms and conditions will be subject to the pre-existing terms and conditions.
2.3 In addition to BigBoxBingo, we may from time to time add (or remove) other games that you can play from our site. Except for BigBoxBingo we can change the selection of games on offer provided that notice of any changes to such games will be given in accordance with the procedure set out above. The additional games will be subject to separate rules which you should read carefully before playing
3 REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT USE
3.1 To play a Player must register and open an account (an "Account") using a credit or debit card, with a minimum deposit of £10. Registration is only available to persons aged 18 or over and is subject always to the previous and on-going compliance with these terms and conditions. Registered Players may wager up to the limit available in their Account.
3.2 The Player agrees to provide accurate information to BigBoxBingo on registration and it is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their personal details are kept up-to-date on the Website especially address, telephone number and payment/bank details. The Player authorises Big Box Bingo to use any lawful means that it considers necessary to verify the information provided by the Player on registration.
3.3 The Account will be used by the Player only. BigBoxBingo reserves the right to decline account opening for any reason. The Account is intended for administering the Player's funds, play and fees, as well as bets, refunds, winning payments, cash-outs and any applicable service fees.
3.4 A Player may open only one Account. Any additional accounts that are funded may be closed and the deposit amount returned to the Player or all such accounts may be treated as one joint Account, in either case at BigBoxBingo's discretion.
3.5 The Player must select a PlayerName, PIN and Password on registration. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that they keep such details confidential and the Player shall be fully responsible for any misuse of their password or PIN. In the event that a Player is concerned that their password or PIN has been disclosed to a third party, they should notify BigBoxBingo immediately whereupon a new password and/or PIN may be given. Unless caused by BigBoxBingo's negligence, any unauthorised use of the username, PIN and password shall be the Player's sole responsibility and be deemed as their use.
3.6 BigBoxBingo may require the Player to change their PIN or password or BigBoxBingo may suspend the Player's Account if BigBoxBingo has reason to believe that there is likely to be, or has been, a breach of its security policies or misuse of the Games or the Big Box Bingo website.
3.7 To maintain a high level of security to protect Player funds, BigBoxBingo may perform random security checks. The Player hereby accepts that BigBoxBingo retains the right to demand additional documentation from them in order to verify the Player as the Account holder or cardholder in the event of such a security check. In particular, as part of our standard procedure we may ask players, who have deposited more than £1000, for photographic identification and proof of residence. BigBoxBingo may withhold any outstanding withdrawal cheques or bank transfers until such evidence has been received.
3.8 Player's accounts are limited to a maximum of £25,000 in net winnings generated within any one calendar month, i.e.: the total amount won over and above the total deposits made. Should a player win in excess of £25,000 within a single calendar month their account may be subject to review prior to payout when withdrawing. Player's whose accounts are under review in this way may need to produce photographic ID and proof of residence to lift any withdrawal restrictions.
3.9 The Player will inform BigBoxBingo as soon as reasonably possible if they believe that their Account information is being misused in any way by any third party so that BigBoxBingo may suspend their Account. BigBoxBingo will not be held responsible for any reasonable delay in such suspension. The Player will not allow any other person or third party (including, without limitation, any minor) to use their Account or accept any prize on their behalf.
3.10 BigBoxBingo reserves the right, upon providing notice to the Client, to close the Player's Account and refund the balance of the Player's Account at BigBoxBingo's reasonable discretion without further explanation.
3.11 The Player may withdraw money from their Account at any time provided that their balance has been confirmed.
3.12 The Player may cancel their Account at any time by informing BigBoxBingo in writing at BigBoxBingo, Netplay TV, 76 Church Street, Lancaster, LA1 1ET, or by email by contacting support@bigboxbingo.com. If the Player does so, they will not be permitted to participate in any of the Games.
3.13 In the event of any Player misusing the Chatrooms available through the BigBoxBingo website at www.bigboxbingo.com, either through the use of abusive or threatening language, sending unsolicited messages to users (spam), or any other reason deemed unsuitable by BigBoxBingo, the Player acknowledges that their account may be immediately suspended or even closed without notice.
3.14 If an Account is inactive for 12 months or longer, BigBoxBingo reserves the right to close these Players accounts. Any funds held in a closed account will be transferred to a holding account, minus an administration fee of £10, or the total wallet balance should the balance be less than £10. Should a Player wish to withdraw these funds after the closure of the account they must apply in writing to BigBoxBingo's Customer Services.
3.15 BigBoxBingo or the Player may suspend or cancel the Player's Account immediately if the other breaches any of its obligations under these terms & conditions. Return of any outstanding balance to the Player will be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions. The suspension or cancellation of the Player's Account shall not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.
3.16 Employees of BigBoxBingo and any associated company are not eligible to participate in the Games.
4 AVAILABILITY OF THE GAMES
4.1 The odds and payout rates for each Game can be found in the game rules.
4.2 To place a bet the Player must have sufficient credit in the Player's account. If you do not have sufficient credit to cover all your bets then your bets will not be placed at all.
4.3 Your bet may not exceed the bet limit in force in relation to each game. Each game has different bet limits - for those limits see the individual game rules.
5 PLAYER REPRESENTATIONS
5.1 The Player is over the age of 18 and has the mental capacity to take responsibility for their own actions. BigBoxBingo reserves the right to void any transactions involving minors. The Player confirms that he/she is aware that underage gambling is a criminal offence.
5.2 The Player understands that by participating in the Games they may lose money on bets placed and they accept full responsibility for such loss. The Player also agrees that their use of theBigBox Bingo website is at their sole risk.
5.3 The Player understands that BigBoxBingo may, from time to time ask the Player to participate in marketing and promotion for BigBoxBingo by the use of the Player's name and likeness. The Player may consent or refuse such requests at the Player's discretion.
5.4 The Player warrants that they will not attempt to hack, make unauthorised alterations to or introduce any kind of malicious code to the BigBoxBingo website. As such, the Player will not, without limitation, (a) reverse engineer or decompile (in whole or in part) any software available through the Website or (b) make copies, modify, reproduce, transmit, alter or distribute all or any part of the Website or any material or information contained on it.
5.5 The Player acknowledges that BigBoxBingo (or our licensors) are the sole owner of all rights to technology, software, business systems and content utilised in the BigBoxBingo website and the Player's use of the website (and registration thereon) confers no rights whatsoever to intellectual property contained or utilised therein. Copying, use or publication by the Player of any item or material displayed on the website is strictly prohibited (other than to the extent necessary for you to visit the website and place bets, including keeping records of bets placed and of the Player's Account). The Player is offered access to the BigBoxBingo website solely for the Player's own personal, non-commercial use. The Player must not link the BigBoxBingo website to any other website without BigBoxBingo's prior written approval
5.6 The Player agrees that BigBoxBingo may lock or terminate a Player's Account if:
• a Player breaches these terms and conditions
• a Player's funds are insufficient for the continued participation in the Games
• BigBoxBingo has reason to believe that the Player's dealings with BigBoxBingo constitutes an illegal or fraudulent activity, BigBoxBingo shall not (to the extent permitted by law) be liable to that Player for any such deposits, nor shall it incur any liability to any Player where it is required to give information or documentation relating to that Player to any relevant regulatory authority
• BigBoxBingo suspects that access to the Account may not be by an authorised person
• legal or regulatory requirements require such locking or termination or
• a security, disrepute or other issue deemed reasonably significant by BigBoxBingo arises.
5.7 A Player's chosen username must not be offensive, contain obscenities or promote other sites, or URLs. BigBoxBingo reserves the right to change, or request a change to any username without further notice. Should you not comply with any request with respect to a change to your username then BigBoxBingo reserve the right to suspend your account until the time your username has been changed.
5.8 These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the Player and BigBoxBingo relating to the Games. The Player confirms that, in agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, they have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these terms and conditions. The Player agrees that they shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of these terms & conditions save that their agreement shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such term has become a term of these terms & conditions.
6 PAYMENT AND SECURITY
6.1 Money in a Player's Account is used to activate bingo game cards, buy Superdraw tickets and play our Instant Games. BigBoxBingo reserves the right to refuse or limit any game card or ticket purchase. Players are not allowed to activate game cards, but tickets or play Instant Games to any value greater than the amount deposited in their Account. Any winnings will either be placed into the Player's Account or paid by cheque as more particularly set out in the game rules.
6.2 The maximum single deposit is £3,000. Credit card deposits are limited to a maximum of £10,000 in any calendar month. There is no limit on deposits made by debit card, bank transfers, cheques or postal orders.
6.3 You can top up your account by calling our Customer Service Department on 020 7819 9122 or by visiting our website www.bigboxbingo.com, accessing your account and using the online payment facility. Please note that the card must be in the name of the registered player.
6.4 All bets stand and no bet can be cancelled once confirmed by BigBoxBingo.
6.5 A player may suspend their Account at any time. A suspended Account means that funds can temporarily not be used for gaming. The decision to suspend an Account is taken by the player.
6.6 Upon request by the player, BigBoxBingo will action a payment by cheque or to the player's bank account of part or whole of the player's funds at the time of the transfer request, with deductions for eventual service fees, bank fees etc.
7 WALLET
7.1 Your Account will have an associated Wallet managed by the BigBoxBingo system. You can elect to deposit funds into your Wallet via our website or by calling our Customer Service Department.
7.2 If you opt to deposit funds to your wallet, you will nominate the amount to be taken from your credit or debit card account. The minimum deposit is £10. You can top up your Wallet at any time but you will also be able to set your own limit on the amount that goes into your Wallet, as part of BigBoxBingo's responsible gambling policy.
7.3 BigBoxBingo will verify that the credit is available to cover the deposit you specify and that the card has not been reported lost or stolen and will load the Wallet accordingly.
7.4 When you wish to participate in a Game and/or activate a game card, BigBoxBingo will check that there are sufficient funds in the Wallet. If not, you will need to top up the Wallet with a further payment first.
7.5 You will be able to remove funds from your Wallet at any time (provided that we have not become entitled to suspend it) by nominating a bank or building society account ("Account") into which you wish to transfer funds. The Account must be in the UK. You will be asked for the details on the first occasion on which you wish to take funds from your Wallet. You will only be asked for this information once and it will be added to your personal details for future funds transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is £5 unless you are closing your Account completely, which must be done by contacting customer services directly.
7.6 All withdrawals over £1,000 will be paid out by cheque.
7.7 You will not be entitled to interest on funds that are held in your Wallet.
8 CHARGEBACKS
8.1 If you notify your card supplier of unauthorised use of your card or there is any other circumstance leading to a ‘chargeback' and BigBoxBingo is asked to refund the amount, Big Box Bingo will suspend your Account and ask you to contact BigBoxBingo Customer Services. BigBoxBingo reserves the right to debit your Wallet with the chargeback or to recover the amount from you if there are insufficient funds in your Wallet. You agree to pay this sum promptly if properly required by us. You will not be allowed to participate in further Games until the chargeback has been successfully resolved.
9 NO WARRANTY
9.1 BigBoxBingo will endeavour to provide the Games using its reasonable skill and care. Save where required by law, BigBoxBingo makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the Games.
9.2 BigBoxBingo makes no warranty that the Games will meet the Player's requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Games or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, nor does BigBoxBingo make any warranty as to the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials supplied by BigBoxBingo or results of Games or the accuracy of any information obtained by the Player through the Games.
9.3 BigBoxBingo makes no warranty as to the operation of the ball blower machine or Random Number Generator used to generate numbers for the game. In the event of any technical, electrical or other failure that could cause the inoperation of the ball blower machine or Random Number Generator, BigBoxBingo reserves the right to either return all bets for that game or rehold the game at a later date.
9.4 The Player's access to the Games may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. In this event, BigBoxBingo will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
10 BIG BOX BINGO CONDUCT AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 The Player agrees that their participation in the Games is at their sole risk.
10.2 BigBoxBingo reserves the right to withdraw any additional Games to Bingo at any time, and will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.
10.3 BigBoxBingo will not be held responsible for any typing, technical, or human error in the operation of the Games. In the event of error, BigBoxBingo reserves the right to either void any affected bets or to correct the error.
10.4 BigBoxBingo will under no circumstances be held liable for any damages or losses of an indirect nature that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by the Games, the BigBoxBingo website or its content including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication line failure, any persons use or misuse of the BigBoxBingo website or its content, any errors or omissions in content, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss.
10.5 In the case of any software malfunction occurring with BigBoxBingo's Instant Games, BigBoxBingo reserves the right to review and refuse payment at our sole discretion and may result in bets being returned for any given game affected by software malfunction.
10.6 BigBoxBingo will not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.7 BigBoxBingo's liability under 10.4 above shall be limited to the commission received by BigBoxBingo in respect of the bet or bets which are the subject of any breach by BigBoxBingo.
10.8 BigBoxBingo does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10.9 BigBoxBingo reserves the right to withdraw the BigBoxBingo website, the Games or elements of either at any time, and save for any rights that the Player may have over deposited funds in its Account, will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.
11 SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
11.1 A Player may at any time apply to exclude themselves from participating in the Games. If a Player wishes to do so he/she can by calling our Customer Services line (020 7819 9122), visiting www.bigboxbingo.com or by contacting support@bigboxbingo.com
11.2 In line with UK gambling regulations, Players may, by written or electronic notice to Big Box Bingo, place a limit on their gambling activity. If a Player wishes to limit their gambling activities at any time, he/she can do so by calling our Customer Services line (020 7819 9122), visiting www.bigboxbingo.com or by contacting support@bigboxbingo.com
12 FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL USE OF THE BIG BOX BINGO WEBSITE OR THE GAMES
12.1 If BigBoxBingo has reason to believe that the Player's dealings with BigBoxBingo constitutes an illegal or fraudulent activity and to the extent permitted by law, BigBoxBingo shall not be liable to that Player for any such deposits, nor shall it incur any liability to any Player where it is required to give information or documentation relating to that Player to any relevant regulatory authority.
13 TRANSFER
13.1 The Player may not transfer any of their rights under these terms & conditions to any other person. BigBoxBingo may transfer its rights under these terms & conditions to another business where its reasonably believes that its rights will not be affected.
14 THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
14.1 Except insofar as these terms and conditions expressly provide that a third party may in their own right enforce a term of these terms & conditions, a person who is not a party to these terms & conditions has no right under local law or statute to rely upon or enforce any term of this agreement.
15 SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
15.1 If the Player has any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Games or any other activity, the Player should submit their complaint to BigBoxBingo in writing within fourteen (14) days of the incident by email to complaints@bigboxbingo.com or in writing to BigBoxBingo, Netplay TV, 76 Church Street, Lancaster, LA1 1ET. If the parties cannot agree a resolution to any dispute with twenty one (21) days of the receipt of the complaint by BigBoxBingo, the dispute will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body such as IBAS.
16 NOTICES
16.1 The Player may submit notices to BigBoxBingo in writing at: BigBoxBingo, Netplay TV, 76 Church Street, Lancaster, LA1 1ET. Any notice BigBoxBingo gives to the Player (save as otherwise set out herein) will be sent to the email address that the Player provided when the Player registered their Account. Where no valid email address has been provided by the Player at the time of registration then communications in writing will be sent to the registered postal address.
17 GENERAL
17.1 If any part of these terms & conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these terms & conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these terms & conditions.
17.2 No waiver by BigBoxBingo of any of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any of these terms & conditions.
17.3 Nothing in these terms & conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership or any other form of joint enterprise between the Player and BigBoxBingo.
17.4 The Player confirms that they have read, understood and accept the BigBoxBingo privacy policy.
17.5 The Games are subject to the laws of England and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games shall be governed by the laws of England.
GAMES RULES
BigBoxBingo
1. The Games are numbers betting Games in which Players bet on selections of numbers in one or more games.
2. Player's must agree and fully accept that a ball blower machine or Random Number Generator will determine the outcome of the Games.
3. Player's must agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the site or of the normal playing of any of the Games.
4. Each Big Box Bingo game card activated by a Player of a group of numbers represents a bet on the numbers that will be generated by the ball blower machine, once the bet is paid for. See below for the payout rates relating to the Game.
5. Each Big Box Game Card contains six tickets. Each ticket bears a combination of 15 numbers from a field of 1-90 ordered in three horizontal rows of 5 numbers.
6. For the Big Box Bingo game a user activates the game card bearing all six tickets via our website at www.bigboxbingo.com.
7. To win a Player must be the first to match some or all of the numbers from any grid on their ticket with the numbers drawn from the ball blower machine.
8. There are two prizes available in each game, a Line or a Full House.
9. To win a Line prize a Player must be the first to match all 5 numbers on a single horizontal line from any grid on their activated ticket for that game.
10. To win a Full House prize a player must be the first to match all 15 numbers from any grid on their activated ticket for that game.
11. Any player winning a Full House in any game within 35 numbers or less being drawn from the ball blower machine they will win a guaranteed jackpot of £100,000.
12. Any player winning a Full House in any game with between 36 and 40 numbers being drawn from the ball blower machine they will win the accumulating jackpot.
13. Any player winning a Line or Full House prize will receive double the normal prize amount if their account has JetSet status and their subscription is up to date at the time of the TV show.
14. Where the accumulating jackpot is not won the running total prize fund will be carried over in full to the next game.
15. Prize funds for a Line or a Full House in any game vary depending on the number of participants in that game. The accumulating jackpot amount will also vary depending on how many participants and games there have been since the accumulator was last won. Only the jackpot prize of £100,000 for winning a Full House within 35 balls being drawn is a guaranteed amount.
16. In the event of more than one Player having a winning combination for a Line or a Full House the prize fund for that game will be split evenly between all Players with a valid winning ticket. This also applies to any accumulator or guaranteed jackpots won. On all games, where a payout produces a win amount in fractions of one penny, such fractions will always be rounded down and you acknowledge that such fractions will not be returned to you.
17. The game is over when the Full House prize has been won.
18. Big Box Bingo's database will refuse all bets submitted after the specified game closure time announced on-air and will ensure no further tickets can be activated after the closure.
19. If your entry is not received by us before Closure, even if you sent it, it will be deemed void. You accept that the risks of bets being lost or delayed in transmission lies with you (whether electronic or postal transmission and including delays in transmission or processing of entries you make while visiting our website).
20. If your bets are successful you will be notified by e-mail and your receipt of payment will depend on the payout amount. You will not be entitled to receive any payout if you are otherwise in breach of your obligations under the terms and conditions.
21. Payouts up to and including £10,000 will automatically be added to your Wallet. If you have set a maximum limit on your Wallet, addition of a payout may take the Wallet content over the limit. You will not be able to add more money to your Wallet until the content falls below the set maximum.
22. For payouts over £10,000 Customer Services will arrange for you to verify your identity to ensure a match with your details held by the Big Box Bingo Computer System. You will be asked to provide suitable items of identification that will be requested by Customer Services. After successful verification of your identity, your payout will be paid by cheque.
23. Player's must agree that while we will try to contact you in respect of your winnings you must check your Account regularly as well.

Superdraw
1. The SuperDraw is a numbers betting Game in which Players bet on selections of numbers in one or more games. Each selection by a Player of a group of numbers represents a bet on the numbers that will be generated, once the bet is paid for. See below for the odds for each Game. Each bet made in the Superdraw game automatically enters you in the free Bonus Ball draw. Each game will be held once a week.
2. For the Superdraw game a user bets on a group of 6 numbers from a field of 1 to 49. No two bets may feature the same group of numbers. Should your bet include a group of numbers that has already been taken you will be informed and asked to amend your bet.
3. In the event that your bet includes a group of numbers that is the same as another player's group of numbers, then the prize of £10,000,000 will be split evenly between the total amount of players with the same group of numbers.
4. For each other game, offered through the website and by subscription, players must bet on a unique group of six numbers from a field of numbers from 1 to 49. Payouts will be made for matching 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 of the numbers a Player bets on.
5. Numbers are generated for each game by a Ball Blower Machine or Random Number Generator
6. At the time of placing your bet an additional 7th number must be chosen with the full combination of 7 numbers being entered into the free Bonus Ball draw. The Bonus Ball draw is won by matching all 6 numbers plus the 7th bonus number that you choose. Determination of Winners
The generation of the numbers to determine the results of the bets made in the Superdraw will take place once each week.
Game Closure
The rules of each Game will include a regular time for the Closure of the Game after which time no further bets will be accepted for the Game. You will also be given warnings through the website of the time for closure of a Game.
BigBoxBingo's database will refuse all bets submitted after the specified game closure time and will ensure that no further bets are made after the Closure . If your entry is not received by us before Closure, even if you sent it, it will be deemed void. You accept that the risks of bets being lost or delayed in transmission lies with you (whether electronic or postal transmission and including delays in transmission or processing of entries you make while visiting our website).

Receiving Your Winnings
