Getting Started!

1. How Do I Log In?
Just type your username and password in the “Log In” box on the left hand side of the screen. You need to log in to activate game cards, deposit money, check your balance or withdraw funds.

2. I’ve forgotten my username or password, help!
Don’t worry, just use the “Forgotten your password” link on the left hand side of the screen. Enter your email address that you gave us when you registered and we’ll email you your login details.

Or you can call our Customer Helpline on 020 7819 9122 (calls charged at 10p per minute) and one of our operators will help you out.

3. Why do you ask for my credit card details when I register?
We need to ask for credit or debit card details when you register because we need to verify your identity and also make sure you’re over 18. No money needs to be taken from your card at this stage, unless you want to deposit funds at the same time as we check your identity.

Playing the Game
1. How can I be sure the games are fair?
All our games are played using a genuine ball-blower machine to ensure the balls drawn are completely random and fair. We also use highly sophisticated software to deal with your game card activation and always know when a game has been won and by who. If you have any problems with the system or the outcome of the games you can always contact us at support@bigboxbingo.com.

2. Why do I have to activate a Card to play Bingo?
Our computer system knows all the combinations of numbers on all our Game Cards. So it’s only when you activate your Card that we know what numbers you are playing with – without knowing this we couldn’t tell if you got a Full House. Well, not unless you’ve got a really loud voice!

3. How do I activate a Card to play Bingo?
Activating your Game Card is really easy. The easiest way is to just type in your number using this website. Click the “Activate Card” link in the “My Account” section once you’ve logged in. Or you can just give the Customer Service Department a call on 020 7819 9122 and one of our operators will help you. They are open from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Remember, you must have enough money in your account to pay for the activation. Each Game card costs just £1.50 or you can activate a whole sheet of 6 at once for £9.

4. How do I claim my prize?
That’s the really easy part, you don’t need to lift a finger. When you win a prize your winnings will be automatically credited to your account with us where you can withdraw it whenever you want at your leisure. And you never know, you might even be lucky enough to get a call from Greg himself during the show!

5. How much can I win?
You can win either a Line or a Full House with BigBoxBingo.

If you win on a Line you will win up to 28% of the prize fund for that game. As is always the case with Bingo the more people playing then the bigger jackpot, but we’ll always let you know how much you’re playing for during the live show.

And to be fair, we will always split prizes evenly between any players who win at the same time.

If you win by a Full House then you can win up to 60% of the prize fund for that game – better still, if you get a Full House in 35 balls or less then you win our incredible £100,000 jackpot! Don’t worry if you miss out though, because if you match all your numbers within 36 and 40 numbers being drawn then you could also win our accumulator jackpot!!

6. How will I know if I’ve won?
We will send you an email confirming your win, or you can always login to our website and check your balance. But remember, your name will always be called out during the live show as a winner.

Deposits and Withdrawals

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron and Maestro cards.

2. How do I deposit money into my BigBoxBingo account?
Making a deposit into your account is easy. Once you have registered, just click on the “Deposits/Withdrawals” button in the My Account section of the page.

3. What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
You can deposit as little as £10 at one time.

4. Can I set myself personal limits on the amount that I can deposit?
Yes, you can set yourself spending limits from the “My Account” area of the site. You can change these limits whenever you like by contacting our Customer Help Team at support@bigboxbingo.com, or by calling 020 7819 9122 where one of our operators can help you.

5. How do I make a withdrawal?
Just click on the “Deposits/Withdrawals” button in the “My Account” area of the page. Withdrawals of up to £500 are paid direct to your bank account, so when you are making your first withdrawal we will ask you for your account number and sort code which we will then use whenever you want to make a withdrawal.

Withdrawals over £500 are paid by cheque that we’ll send to your registered address.
